We work from our home kitchen in Ocean Grove which is registered as a commercial kitchen with the City of Greater Geelong and subject to all the rules, regulations and inspections of any commercial kitchen.

We service Ocean Grove and the surrounding Bellarine Peninsula as well as Geelong and as far as Lara and Colac.  Our cookies can be posted to anywhere in Australia.

Yes.  We offer a free delivery service for our custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cake pops and desserts to Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads and deliver to Geelong and as far as Lara and Colac for an additional fee.

The prices shown on the "Our Products" page are the prices for the simplest product in that category.  As you build your design - for example adding macarons or fresh flowers, individual packaging, text or toppers - and your cake or biscuits become more detailed, the price increases accordingly.  This is why, once we have discussed your design we send out a quote, as the price will be based entirely on what you have chosen to include in your order.

If you scroll down in our "Our Products" page you will see all the different flavours available for our cakes, cupcakes, biscuits and cake pops.  Just remember to mention the flavours you might like when getting in touch so it can be included in your pricing.

The more notice you can give the better.  I would suggest at least 2-3 weeks notice if you can.  Our weekends are often booked out though, so the further in advance you order, the more chance you have of us being able to fit you in.

If you do need something last minute, give us a call and we will do our best to squeeze you in, but know that this is not always possible.

To order a custom cake, cupcakes, biscuits or cake pops, simply go to our Contact Us page and send us an email letting us know what you would like and when you would like it and we will be in touch to discuss your order with you. Or feel free to give us a call instead and we can chat about what you would like.

If you are not sure what you are after, have a look in our Shop on our website and if there is something there that takes your fancy you can order and pay directly from there.

For custom orders, once we have nutted out the details a quote will be sent to you.  If you are happy with the price, let us know and an invoice will then be sent.

A 50% deposit is required upon receipt of your invoice to secure your order with the balance due by the due date, two weeks prior to your event.

If ordering through our shop, payment is made upon placement of your order.

This depends on your order.  Our cookies - absolutely.  They can be posted anywhere within Australia. Anything else from our range though has to be picked up or delivered.

Unfortunately no.

Our biscuits can be stored in an airtight container in the cupboard for up to 6 weeks but all our other products need to be kept in the fridge.

Remember though that our cakes and cupcakes are at their best when at room temperature, so it's best to take your cupcakes out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before you wan't to serve them, or if a cake, an hour. But please, don't leave them sitting in the sun as they WILL melt. 

We make our cannoli every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and deliver free to Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads.

For custom orders at the present moment no. Sorry.  However if purchasing through our shop, yesm you can pay by credit card or Paypal.

I always find it is best to place your cake or cupcakes on a flat surface in the car (I find the boot is best or the passenger footwell) with the air-conditioning on (in the warmer weather) with something placed beside the box it to stop it from slipping.  The car seat is never a good option as it slopes to the back and so your cake will tilt and potentially damage itself on the edges of the box or it could slide off if braking heavily or turning sharply.

If on the floor, you need to make sure there is nothing else on the seat that could potentially fall on to your cake or cupcakes accidentally when braking or turning.
