- the size of the cake - one, two or three tiers;

- the outer coating - buttercream, ganache or ganache and fondant; and

- the amount of detail involved - hand crafted fondant or wafer paper flowers for example.

The price variation in our cupcakes is related to their size (mini or regular) and the amount of detail involved in the design as they can be quite simple and straight forward or highly intricate with detailed fondant toppers or multi-coloured buttercream flowers.
